An article in the Globe finds the cause of Boston's first Asian-American city councilman Sam Yoon's win in increasing voter turnout in the small neighborhood of Chinatown. Community actvists working to get the vote out here have tripled rates over the past 3 years. Great aritcle that starts of with an intriguing segue:
