Review of Big Apple Circus’ Boston Show
We've been following the circus since it started setting up its big top in Government Center, but we haven't managed to actually go see the show yet. Thankfully, the Herald brings us this review:
This season Big Apple minimizes the animals — there are only two horses, guided through their intricate paces by the regal Yasmine Smart. In addition to the nimble canine clowns trained by the Olate Family, virtuoso ventriloquist Willer Nikolodi makes a dog ''talk." He also takes three members of the audience from their seats and instructs them to waggle their chins as he puts words and rude noises into their mouths. The routine may not be politically correct, but it is certainly hilarious.
Sounds like a fun show; have any of you gone? Or are you planning to go?
